As part of our commitment to provide our customers with the best possible service we have a showroom where you can book an appointment to come along and meet us face to face.
Expert Advice
During your appointment we can talk through any questions or requirements you may have and we have a range of sample models to show our ring designs which you can view.
We promise to provide honest, expert advice on what works best for you with any budget or requirements in mind but without any pressure to purchase.

Our showroom is based in Northumberland but for customers who can't make it here we offer virtual appointments for customers to discuss their requirements via video call.

Showroom appointments are available
Monday to Friday 9.30am–4.30pm
and Saturdays 9.30am-12.30pm.
