Delivery Information

All of our orders include free delivery to a UK address and free delivery for international orders of more than £500 (excluding VAT).

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for delivery to a UK address and DHL for international deliveries. You will be sent an email with your tracking information once your order is dispatched.

You will receive an email with your estimated dispatch date once your order has been processed within the workshop but in general timescales are 2 – 3 weeks.

If you require your order sooner than the standard delivery please get in touch and we can always look to meet your requirement.

Our delivery is a tracked and signed for service. If you are not home to sign for the parcel it will be taken to your local sorting office where you can collect from. A form of identification will be required if you are collecting from the sorting office.

Your order will be fully insured up until the point that it’s signed for.

You will enter the delivery address when placing your order. Please be sure to check this is correct when entered as Lorel Diamonds will not accept any liability for orders which are delivered to an incorrect address which is provided by the customer.

If you would like to change the shipping address on your order to something different to your billing address we will require two forms of identification from you. You can provide an image of your passport or driving license along with a utility bill, bank statement or tax statement.

Orders which are placed using finance can be sent to the billing address only.

Orders delivered outside of the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and administration charges which will be applied when the parcel reaches the destination. We have no control over the charges which may be applied and cannot predict the amount the charges may be. It is the responsibility of the customer to make payment for any import duties, taxes and administration charges. You can contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

You can collect your order from our showroom by appointment only. We do require that you bring along some photo ID (driving license or passport) and a copy of your order confirmation email.

Your order will be delivered in discreet packaging with only a small returns address on the shipping label. The size and shape of the parcel does not give any indication as to what is inside.
